Methods of manual therapy
The treatment uses the principle of an integrated approach, as well as methods of diagnosis and treatment: kinesiology, osteopathy.
Treatment methods of manual therapy:
- Structural therapy
- Visceral therapy
- Craniosacral therapy
- Emotional kinesiology correction (applied kinesiology)
The advantages of a soft manual therapy:
- Individual approach. All people have different problems, so you need to look for the reason for each person individually, and to fix it.
- Holistic perception of human being. The body is considered as a single system. I treat not the illness but a whole person. It’s necessary to find the root cause, which may be aside from the apparent problem and to fix it. And the consequence goes away by itself. It is therefore necessary to treat holistically (body, metabolism, and emotions).
- Manual therapy without the "crunch" and pain. Using painless, soft, non-traumatic technique.
- Safety. "Manual muscle testing"- we "ask" the body what is the best way to treat, and then we proceed to the correction, there is a great advantage in it.
- Efficiency. Eliminating the cause of the problem, not the consequence. Having acute pain one can feel relief after the first session already.
